Middle School Introductory Rowing and Coxing
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
Essex Rowing will not be running seperate middle school introductory sessions for the Fall 2011 season. Parents who are interested in enrolling their middle school aged athletes in a high school program for the fall should speak to one of the Senior Coaches. Youth Novice Intramural Rowing and Coxing
The intramural novice program is for athletes that are within their first year or rowing or coxing and desire a less significant time committment. This program is focused on improving skills and reinforcing fundamental technical development, with intrasquad competitions every other week and a chance to race at the Merrimack Chase at the end of the season.
