NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
The introductory program is designed for athletes will little or no experience in the sport. Athletes will begin learning the basic mechanics of the rowing stroke using indoor rowing machines before progressing on the water in four and eight-person rowing shells.

FOR ATHLETES THAT HAVE COMPLETED INTRODUCTORY ROWING
The novice option 1 and 2 sessions pick up where the introductory weeks leave off, guiding athletes through a comprehensive and progressive development process making heavy use of on the water instruction preceeded by training on the indoor rowers at the beginning of each practice. Training will focus on providing the technical foundation required to later compete with confidence and success against other athletes of a similar skill level. As technical development progresses, workouts will take on a progressively more physical component.

FOR ATHLETES THAT HAVE MOVED BEYOND THEIR NOVICE YEAR
Designed for athletes seeking to develop their technical skills and aerobic endurance between competitive seasons. This program incorporates the kind of daily one to two hour training sessions athletes are accustomed to using normally, in effect avoiding the exhaustive 4-6 hour on-the-water days used by many summer rowing camps. This feature will greatly benefit athletes recovering between hard racing seasons and/or more interested in preparing for their next competitive season than adding another to their year. Instruction will strive to development a greater understanding of the technical and physical components of the sport in all participants.
Athletes must apply for acceptance into this program. Because schools employ a variety of development tracks for their athletes, the application will be reviewed to ensure that all participants are of the appropriate experience level.

* Start and end dates are flexible based on athletes' summer schedules. We understand that athletes will be in and out of town based on travel and vacation schedule. Tuition will be adjusted based on travel only for athletes missing more than 6 sessions of rowing. Prorated amounts should be coordinated with the registrar prior to registering. Requests to prorate program tuition will not be accepted after you have registered and paid.
SCULLING
For experienced rowers that wish to develop their skills in small boats. No prior sculling experience is required. This a highly focused training group utilizing singles, doubles, and pairs to develop advanced rowing technique. Limited space is available. Athletes must apply for this program.
Dates: flexible, athletes may start no earlier than May 24 and will finish no later than August 12
Days: 4-6 days/week
Times: 9:30-11:30 AM (some days may be earlier)
Cost: $150/week (minimum 6 weeks or $900, maximum tuition set at $1500)
