NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
Athletes will be run through an extensive technical introduction to the sport first using indoor rowing machines and tanks, and then quickly moving onto the water. As skill develops, workouts will take on a progressively more intensive physical component. Training will focus on providing the physical and technical foundation required to later compete with confidence and success against other athletes of a similar skill level. 6 day per week and 3 day per week, as well as AM or PM options are available to accommodate varying levels of interest or availability. As of now, the 6 day per week option is only available in the mornings.

PROFICIENCY EXPECTED
Designed for athletes seeking to develop their technical skills and aerobic endurance between competitive seasons. This program incorporates the kind of daily one to two hour training sessions athletes are accustomed to using normally, in effect avoiding the exhaustive 4-6 hour on-the-water days used by many summer rowing camps. This feature will greatly benefit athletes recovering between hard racing seasons and/or more interested in preparing for their next competitive season than adding another to their year. Instruction will strive to development a greater understanding of the technical and physical components of the sport in all participants.
