Essex Rowing's Sculling Development Camp is a selective, high-performance program drawing top high school male scullers from across the country to build and prepare team boats for competition at the USRowing Club Nationals Championship and Royal Canadian Henley Regatta.
Essex Rowing is committed to providing its athletes with professional coaching, state-of-the-art equipment and dedicated facilities. Combined with summer residency, access to campus recreational facilities and a partial meal plan, the Development Camp aims to immerse its athletes in the kind of environment that will empower them to realize their full competitive potential against the best crews throughout the United States and Canada.
